Job Summary

We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of innovative ad formats that enhance the user experience. As a key member of our Ads team, you'll work closely with cross-functional partners to drive business outcomes and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of high-impact ad formats that drive user engagement and business results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve current ad formats and iterate on new ideas.
  • Act as an owner, driving business outcomes and success for our ad product portfolio.
  • Balance competing business needs and make trade-offs across different stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a product manager with at least 2 years of experience in Ads.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to drive alignment among multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data and different pricing models.
  • Ability to lead and operate in ambiguous environments and execute with urgency.
  • Previous experience or exposure to ads.
