- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers on the team, helping them grow and develop their skills.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, technologies, and frameworks, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Identify and address UI/UX challenges and opportunities within the security domain, driving business value through design.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design and development.
- Proven track record of leading UI/UX projects and setting standards for excellence.
- Python experience is a strong asset, but not required.
- Knowledge of security domain principles and practices is an asset, but not necessary.
