UX/UI Designer Job Description

CB Canada is seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to join our team. As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centered design solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement design strategies that align with business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and design excellence
  • Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions
  • Design and prototype user interfaces and experiences
  • Test and iterate on design solutions to ensure usability and accessibility
  • Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards
  • Work with development teams to ensure design implementation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as interactive design, industrial design, or graphic design
  • 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design
  • Strong understanding of web and mobile technologies, responsive design, and accessibility guidelines
  • Experience designing interactive website experiences for B2C and B2B audiences
  • Familiarity with design tools, such as Figma
  • Portfolio that demonstrates design process, communication skills, and understanding of design best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical experience with CSS, HTML, and headless CMS
  • Familiarity with design systems and human-centered design
  • Experience with Google Analytics and behavioral analytics tools
