- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other essential supplies, ensuring the best possible prices and quality.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: Experience in a restaurant management role is an asset.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
