Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Manager, Employment Services to join our team at our Oshawa branch. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of our employment programs and services.
Key Responsibilities- Program Delivery and Support
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of our employment programs and services, including eligibility criteria and program requirements.
- Provide support to the Director, Employment Services, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports and presentations, and completing administrative tasks.
- Assist with project management to support and manage projects and initiatives, coordinating with team members and tracking progress.
- Analysis and Reporting
- Analyze data and prepare reports to inform program development and service delivery.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for program improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including branch managers, community partners, and leadership team.
- Provide backup support to the Branch Manager role in absences.
- Leadership and Development
- Support the planning process by preparing and compiling reports to help achieve short and long-term goals.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of best practices in employment services and program delivery.
- Education and Experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and report preparation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship building.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with experience in managing multiple tasks and projects.
- Skills and Abilities
- Leadership potential, with experience in supporting team members and contributing to a positive work environment.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with experience in responding to changing needs and priorities.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
