Job Summary:

The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, and teardown of a seasonal store. This role is responsible for maintaining Guest Services as per Company Standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Store Management Team in setup, merchandising, and teardown of the store
  • Maintain Guest Services as per Company Standards
  • Generate sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention
  • Meet the physical demands of the job, including climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds, and standing/walking for 8 hours

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum age requirement: 16
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Working for Spencer Gifts - Spirit Halloween:

As a Sales Associate, you will be working with Spirit Halloween merchandise, but Spirit Halloween will not be your employer. Your employer will be the independent owner and operator, who shall have sole responsibility for your employment. Spirit Halloween shall have no obligation or responsibility to you with regard to your employment by the consignment operator.

Employment Benefits and Wages:

If hired, the consignment operator shall be solely responsible to you for your employment benefits and wages. You will be required to follow the employment and operating policies and procedures as established by the consignment operator.
