Sales Associate Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team at Rogers Communications. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting our products and services in our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide best-in-class customer service and support to our customers in our retail stores.
  • Promote Rogers and Fido brands, including Rogers Mastercard, and engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through personalized communication and outreach.
  • Participate in community events and outreach efforts to support local small businesses.
  • Operate with a creative spirit and adapt to an ever-changing environment while achieving sales goals.
