About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Support Worker to join our team at Fonseca Household. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and companionship to our elderly clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care to ensure our clients' physical and emotional well-being
  • Assist with regular exercise, meal preparation, and light housekeeping duties
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation
  • Launder clothing and household linens, and maintain a clean and safe living environment
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules and adapt to changing situations
