Job Summary

BANSAL LOGISTICS INC. is seeking a skilled Logistics Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our delivery fleet. The ideal candidate will have experience in transportation management and a strong understanding of logistics principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of delivery drivers and ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to optimize route efficiency and reduce costs
  • Monitor and analyze transportation data to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and product quality
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in transportation management or a related field
  • Strong understanding of logistics principles and transportation management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
