Key Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed estimates for labor and material costs.
  • Prepare submissions for pre-qualification to present to clients.
  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ascertain project requirements.
  • Compile estimates for general expenses and overhead costs.
  • Generate and submit comprehensive estimate reports, quote sheets, and bid forms.
  • Provide guidance on tendering processes.
  • Monitor and adjust expenditures related to contracts.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors regarding modifications to cost estimates.
Technical Skills

Proficiency in the following software and tools is required:
