Position Overview

Damp-R Services Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Marketing Coordinator to enhance our promotional efforts and communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Development: Organize a variety of events aimed at publicity, fundraising, and information dissemination.
  • Strategic Communication: Formulate effective communication strategies to engage our audience.
  • Content Oversight: Manage the creation of public written materials, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
  • Team Supervision: Lead and guide staff in their marketing efforts.
  • Administrative Duties: Handle various administrative tasks to support marketing operations.
  • Client Consultation: Provide expert advice to clients regarding advertising and promotional strategies.
  • Material Preparation: Assist in the development of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Event Coordination: Organize special publicity events and promotional activities.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct analytical studies to inform marketing decisions.
  • Portfolio Development: Create a comprehensive portfolio of marketing materials.
  • Client Support: Engage with clients post-sale to ensure ongoing satisfaction and support.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of College or CEGEP.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Working Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
