About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Entertainment Marketing Specialist to join our team at OASIS MEDIA GROUP INC. As an Entertainment Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our clients' entertainment products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate Communication Strategies: Assess the effectiveness of our communication strategies and programs to ensure they align with our business goals.
  • Prepare Written Materials: Develop high-quality written content, including reports, briefs, and website content, to support our marketing efforts.
  • Produce Educational and Publicity Programs: Create engaging educational and publicity programs to raise awareness and interest in our clients' entertainment products and services.
  • Train Staff: Provide training and guidance to our staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to support our marketing efforts.
  • Perform Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative tasks, including preparing reports, research papers, and educational texts, to support our marketing efforts.
  • Advise Clients: Provide expert advice to our clients on advertising and sales promotion strategies to help them achieve their business goals.
  • Assist in Preparation of Materials: Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other marketing materials to support our clients' business goals.
  • Conduct Public Opinion and Attitude Surveys: Conduct surveys to gather data on public opinion and attitudes towards our clients' entertainment products and services.
  • Gather and Prepare Communications Material: Gather and prepare communications material, including research and data, to support our marketing efforts.
  • Provide Consulting Services: Provide consulting services to government and other organizations to help them develop effective marketing strategies.
  • Conduct Analytical Marketing Studies: Conduct analytical marketing studies to identify trends and opportunities in the entertainment industry.
  • Develop Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our clients' entertainment products and services.
  • Consult with Clients: Consult with our clients to provide ongoing support and guidance to help them achieve their business goals.
  • Supervise Office and Volunteer Staff: Supervise and manage office and volunteer staff to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in computer programming, database management, and Google Drive.
  • Specialization or Experience: Experience in employee engagement, digital media, and marketing.
  • Area of Specialization: Digital media and marketing.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a physically demanding environment.
  • Own Tools/Equipment: Computer and other necessary equipment to perform duties effectively.
  • Personal Suitability: Integrity and strong communication skills.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn new skills.
