About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Entertainment Marketing Specialist to join our team at OASIS MEDIA GROUP INC. as a key member of our marketing and communications department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate Communication Strategies: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage with our target audience and promote our brand.
  • Prepare Written Material: Create high-quality written content, including reports, briefs, and website content, to support our marketing efforts.
  • Produce Educational and Publicity Programs: Design and develop educational and publicity programs to raise awareness and interest in our subject matter.
  • Train Staff: Provide training and development opportunities to our staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Perform Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative tasks, including preparing reports, research papers, and educational texts.
  • Advise Clients: Offer expert advice to our clients on advertising and sales promotion strategies.
  • Assist in Material Preparation: Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Conduct Public Opinion Surveys: Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys to gather valuable insights.
  • Provide Consulting Services: Offer consulting services to government and other organizations.
  • Develop Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve our business objectives.
  • Consult with Clients: Provide ongoing support and consultation to our clients after the sale.
  • Supervise Staff: Supervise and manage a team of office and volunteer staff.
About You
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Possess strong computer programming skills, database management skills, and proficiency in Google Drive.
  • Specialization or Experience: Have experience in employee engagement, digital media, and marketing.
  • Area of Specialization: Have a strong background in digital media and marketing.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Be able to work under tight deadlines and have physically demanding work conditions.
  • Own Tools/Equipment: Possess a computer and other necessary equipment.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate integrity and a strong work ethic.
  • Experience: Be willing to train and develop your skills.
