Job Title: Assistant Branch Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at Servus Credit Union. As a key member of our branch leadership team, you will be responsible for empowering and developing your team of Financial Advisors to deliver exceptional service to our members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Motivate and coach employees to achieve sales and service targets
  • Pursue new business opportunities and drive growth
  • Monitor and ensure financial targets are met or exceeded
  • Promote referrals to Wealth Management, Business Banking, and 3rd party providers
  • Adhere to policies, procedures, and loss prevention guidelines
  • Provide support, guidance, and training to employees as needed
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of retail banking experience, including experience as a Financial Advisor
  • Solid understanding of lending and credit principles
  • Post-secondary education in Finance (or related studies) is an asset
