As a Network Management Analyst within our IT Security Infrastructure and Assets Operations team at National Bank, you'll play a crucial role in resolving network incidents and executing various change requests. Your expertise in network incident resolution and your knowledge of Cisco, F5, CheckPoint, and AWS platforms will directly contribute to the stability and security of our organization.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage a wide range of network incidents, from simple to complex.
- Process various network operational requests efficiently and promptly.
- Monitor alerts generated by our comprehensive monitoring systems.
- Ensure the stability and optimal performance of our network environments.
- Maintain accurate records in our Configuration Management Database (CMDB) whenever changes are made to the environment.
- Contribute to the remediation of security issues within our network infrastructure.
- Implement firewall rules that have been pre-approved by our dedicated security team.
Your Team:
You'll be part of a dynamic team of 15 colleagues within the IT Operations sector, reporting to the Manager, IT Telecommunications Management. Our team is known for its collaborative spirit and strong internal and external partnerships. We provide 24/7 support for the entire Bank, working closely with our team in Thailand.

Your Qualifications:
- Proven experience in resolving complex technical issues within a Cisco environment.
- In-depth knowledge of various network technologies and concepts (Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Network Accelerators, VPNs, Load Balancers, DNS, Proxy, QoS).
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as Wireshark and Zabbix.
- Experience in the financial services industry is highly valued.
- Exceptional ability to work effectively in demanding environments and grasp intricate technical concepts.
- CCNA certification is a valuable asset.
- ITIL certification is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
