Customer Service Director

IPEX, a leading provider of advanced plastic piping systems, is seeking a Customer Service Manager to join its team. As a key member of the organization, this role will play a crucial part in shaping the company's customer intimacy strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving exceptional customer experiences. They will be responsible for empowering and supporting customer service representatives, collaborating with cross-functional departments, and providing direction and guidance to the team.

The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for:

  • Empowering and supporting customer service representatives to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Collaborating with sales, production, logistics, and other departments to share feedback and discuss areas for improvement
  • Providing direction, setting goals, and conducting performance reviews to guide the customer service team
  • Keeping the team engaged by communicating company activities and changes effectively
  • Recruiting and growing the team by hiring new members and mentoring them to expand their abilities
  • Contributing to the ongoing success of IPEX by participating in projects and initiatives

The successful candidate will have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in managing a team
  • 3+ years in a manufacturing company
  • Strong leadership, administrative, and analytical skills
  • An outgoing personality that nurtures a positive and productive environment
  • The ability to communicate with all levels of staff and management
  • Computer literacy, with a good command of Microsoft programs, especially Excel
  • Completion of college or university, and/or business management experience
  • Implementation of SAP is an asset
