Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a warehouse setting, contributing to the efficiency of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and manage orders and instructions received from clients.
  • Oversee and coordinate the operational logistics of the organization.
  • Plan and organize logistics to meet production and project needs.
  • Review and adjust the type and quantity of materials required for various projects.
  • Track and finalize work orders to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate activities with other departments to enhance workflow.
  • Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments.
  • Perform routine clerical tasks and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on logistics operations.
  • Arrange for necessary maintenance and repair work.
  • Organize and maintain warehouse and work areas for optimal efficiency.
  • Manage inventory and keep track of shipments.
Supervisory Responsibilities

This position may involve supervising 1 to 2 team members.

Technical Skills

The ideal candidate should be proficient in various software tools, including:

  • Dispatch management service software
  • Monitoring and tracking software
