UNI-ONE FOOD GROUP INC. is seeking a highly skilled National Sales Manager to lead our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange training for staff to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct performance reviews to evaluate team members' performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field, ensuring alignment with sales strategies.
  • Determine strategic planning related to new product lines, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients, managing negotiations of sales contracts, and driving revenue growth.
  • Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail establishments, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Recruit, organize, train, and manage staff, fostering a high-performing team culture.
  • Leading/instructing groups, managing events, and driving sales initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • College/CEGEP education.
  • Excellent oral communication skills, with the ability to multitask, work efficiently, and demonstrate initiative.
  • Ability to work on site, with no option for remote work.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in marketing, product development, or e-commerce.
  • Specialization in negotiation, sales, or business sales and services.
