Wash Bay Supervisor Night Shift Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Wash Bay Supervisor to join our team at HyLife. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our wash bay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule trailers through the wash bay to ensure timely and accurate washing
  • Collaborate and communicate with Dispatch and Maintenance daily to ensure smooth operations
  • Ensure all trailers are reassembled and equipped with the necessary tools and equipment
  • Perform pre-trip inspections and pull all trailers in the bake/dry bays
  • Meet all Standard Operating Procedures as outlined by company policy
  • Maintain records of bake/dry bay usage and report findings to Q.A.
  • Collaborate with 3rd party inspectors to ensure timely inspections
  • Keep track of washes done by the HyLife Truck Wash

Requirements:

  • Class 5 Driver's License
  • Class 1 or ability to drive semi-trucks an asset
  • 2-4 years of supervising experience required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Ability to perform tasks with limited supervision
