Job Title: Intermediate / Senior Civil Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Intermediate / Senior Civil Engineer to join our team at Scouten Engineering. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing civil engineering projects, providing technical expertise, and collaborating with clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage civil engineering projects from conception to completion
  • Provide technical expertise in civil engineering design, development, and implementation
  • Collaborate with clients and colleagues to understand project requirements and deliverables
  • Manage and mentor junior engineering staff to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in civil engineering

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in civil engineering, including design, development, and project management
  • Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) registration or eligibility
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong technical expertise in civil engineering design and development
