**Job Summary**

Giant Tiger is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Associate to join our team. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales and operational goals of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty among our customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the checkout area, stockroom, and sales floor.
  • Support the sales and operational goals of our store, including meeting sales targets and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store objectives and provide a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols and loss prevention best practices.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
  • Ability to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 18 kg (40 lbs), and perform other physical demands of the job.
