**Key Responsibilities**
• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and assist customers with product inquiries
• Restock shelves, face merchandise, and maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
• Perform tasks involving firm grasping, lifting, and moving up to 18 kg (40 lbs.)
• Operate equipment, including using a ladder
