Job Description for Cook at Sea Harbour Seafood Restaurant

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Sea Harbour Seafood Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including soups, salads, and main courses.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Organize buffets and banquets to meet customer demands.
  • Manage kitchen operations to ensure timely and high-quality food service.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
  • Standing for extended periods and working under pressure.
  • Initiative, organized, and a team player.
