- Mergers & Acquisitions Expertise: Provide valuable insights on Total Rewards and Organizational Design implications during mergers and acquisitions.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to audit requirements, employment standards, and legal regulations related to compensation practices.
We seek a seasoned leader with a proven track record in Total Rewards, Organizational Design, and driving organizational success within a dynamic business environment.
- 10+ years of experience leading high-performing teams in Compensation, Total Rewards, or Organizational Design.
- 5+ years of experience delivering results within a sales & service organization of significant scale (minimum 1500 employees), ideally across multiple provinces in Canada.
- Expertise in developing and implementing commission structures and incentivized compensation programs to achieve sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of industry best practices, emerging trends in people management, and current Employment Standards legislation related to compensation.
- Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and integrations from a Total Rewards perspective.
- Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- A strong understanding of how personal branding impacts organizational culture and drives results.
- A leadership style that fosters diversity of thought, trust, and the development of future leaders within the organization.
