Identifying opportunities for referrals to Vancity's Specialized Teams, such as Sustainable Wealth Management, Wealth Protection, and Business Banking, to provide comprehensive member support. Achieving performance targets aligned with branch objectives to contribute to overall profitability. This position falls under the BCGEU Group 4 pay band, with a starting salary of $30.25 as per the collective agreement salary grid.
