Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma - Minimum educational requirement. Completion of Financial Planning Coursework – Must have completed relevant financial planning courses. Experience in the Financial Sector - At least one year of experience in member services within the financial industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in banking or call center environments is advantageous. Familiarity with lending processes.

Compensation:

This position falls under the BCGEU Group 4 pay band, with a starting salary of $30.25 as per the collective agreement salary grid.
