Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at A & I Enterprises Ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish. This includes managing budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Manage and coordinate the work of contractors, subcontractors, and staff
  • Monitor and control project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and other project team members
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or architecture
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in construction project management
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
