Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at A & I Enterprises Ltd.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish. This includes managing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Manage and coordinate the work of contractors, subcontractors, and staff
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and other project team members
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Manage and control project budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered to the required quality standards
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or architecture
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a construction project management role
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines
