Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our team of food service staff to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality food preparation.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide comprehensive training to new staff members, focusing on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and ensuring efficient inventory management.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting regular reports as required.
  • Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and optimal service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
