Hotel Night Auditor Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Hotel Night Auditor to join our team at Western Star Inn & Suites Hotel Estevan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Register arriving guests and assign rooms efficiently
  • Process group arrivals and departures, ensuring seamless guest experiences
  • Manage room reservations, cancellations, and changes with accuracy
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments
  • Follow established emergency and safety procedures
  • Answer phone calls and relay messages in a professional manner
  • Assist guests with special needs and ensure their comfort
  • Contact guests to deliver wake-up calls and provide timely assistance
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic
