About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Yukon University as an Institutional Research Analyst. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing data-driven insights to support informed decision-making across the institution.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive data management system to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Provide data visualizations and reports to stakeholders to support evidence-based decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address data gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in institutional research and planning to ensure the university remains a leader in the field.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a related field, such as business analytics or information systems.
  • Experience working with data visualization tools and statistical software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
