Institutional Research Analyst

This is an exciting opportunity to join Yukon University's team as an Institutional Research Analyst. As a key member of our Institutional Research unit, you will play a vital role in providing data-driven insights to support evidence-based planning and decision-making across the university.
Responsibilities- Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to inform key stakeholder groups on performance metrics and strategic plan progress.
- Build a culture of data-driven decision-making by developing and maintaining a comprehensive data management system.
- Coordinate the preparation of planning and resource materials for governance and decision-making groups, including the Board of Governors and external stakeholders.
- Provide data and information for internal and external reporting, ensuring transparency and public accountability.
- Oversee federal accountability reporting and institutional participation in research benchmarking initiatives.
- Master's degree in a related field, such as Information Systems, Business Intelligence, or Business Analytics.
- Experience with data analysis, business intelligence reporting, and data visualization tools.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and synthesize complex data sets and communicate critical information to stakeholders.
- Experience working in a corporate or institutional research office, with progressively increasing responsibility and experience in research and planning.
