Digital Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Engineering Manager to join our team at Bond Brand Loyalty Inc. As a key member of our digital engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of digital solutions that drive business growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of digital engineers, analysts, and project managers to deliver high-quality digital solutions
- Scope, resource, and budget management of projects ranging from $10,000 to $1,000,000 in size
- Execute project operations rigor to ensure timely and successful delivery of digital solutions
- Participate in solution development and delivery, providing technical expertise and guidance
- Provide digital support, issue resolution, and guidance on existing client solutions
- Contribute to Bond's digital strategy by maintaining current knowledge of leading-edge digital solutions and recommending development opportunities
- Ensure regular code and application design reviews are taking place within the project build
- Prepare digital solution documentation, including solution overviews, project plans, and risk assessments
- Provide final approval for digital solutions roll-out
- Advanced knowledge of current digital technologies and applications hosted on Azure cloud
- Strong project management and team leadership skills
- Computer Science degree or related field
- 3+ years' experience managing people in a related field and working in Agile project management frameworks
