About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Kundra Textiles Inc. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Coordination
    • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operation of our warehouse.
    • Provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Inventory Management
    • Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management, including requisitioning and ordering materials, equipment, and supplies.
    • Establish and maintain accurate inventory records and reports.
  • Training and Development
    • Train and develop warehouse staff in duties and policies, as well as arrange training for staff as needed.
    • Provide guidance and support to staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Operational Logistics
    • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of our warehouse, including establishing work schedules and procedures.
    • Coordinate and assign work to staff to ensure efficient and effective operation of the warehouse.
  • Environmental Sustainability
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of sustainable practices and initiatives within the warehouse.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a warehouse or supply chain role.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
Working Conditions
  • 40 hours per week.
