Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive excellent service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 5-10 food service staff, including cooks, food service counter attendants, and food preparers.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply needs for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team.
Work Environment

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service and high-quality food. As a Shift Manager, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods and be able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
