Key Responsibilities:- Analyze sample data sets to understand data size and type, and provide recommendations on suitable big data frameworks and databases.
- Survey business users and IT teams to identify, analyze, collect, transform, and document data sets for business insights.
- Design data pipelines for Data Science, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence techniques.
- Build large-scale fault-tolerant enterprise applications using Hadoop and Big Data open source solutions.
- Develop data pipelines and holistic data solutions, including OLTP, NoSQL, messaging, and search engine products.
- Work with multi-functional teams to access data elements, understand data, and identify improvement opportunities for data ingestion.
- Develop repeatable testing strategies for measuring results produced by analytics models.
- Test solution algorithms on real-time data processing systems and benchmark performance.
- Operationalize an enterprise data governance strategy, aligning policies and processes to support data strategy, data quality, regulations, and latency.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong understanding of big data frameworks, databases, and data analytics tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
Salaries may increase annually based on performance, and additional bonuses may be issued at the company's discretion.
