As a key member of the Maintenance Supervisory Team, you will guide the site on matters related to rotating machinery, ensuring mechanical integrity and operational reliability.

Conduct technical assessments of existing machinery, monitor performance metrics, troubleshoot issues, and propose enhancements; Offer insights on equipment efficiency, maintenance schedules, and operational standards.

The Mechanical Systems Engineer will collaborate with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders during the execution of significant capital improvement initiatives to ensure successful project delivery.

This role also entails preparing regular reports detailing the activities of the Mechanical Group, including project status updates and financial reports, while managing the organization and retrieval of equipment data.


Leverage the expertise of the team to provide proficient technical services within the Rotating and Reliability division.
Adhere to established departmental processes aimed at supporting internal control measures. Identify and report any deficiencies in internal controls to department management.

Engage in and support Continuous Improvement initiatives through collaboration and the application of Quality Planning and Improvement Principles in daily operations.

Facilitate communication and coordination with the Engineering and Maintenance Departments to foster teamwork and enhance project execution.
A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, with or pursuing P.

Eng designation, is required, along with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Rotating Equipment engineering within an industrial setting, possessing comprehensive knowledge of compressors (both reciprocating and centrifugal), pumps, fans/blowers, large industrial motors, and steam turbines.

Previous mechanical experience in a continuous process chemical or refinery environment is advantageous.
