Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Assistant to join our team at PHILROBBEN JANITORIAL LIMITED. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing
    • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
    • Dust and polish furniture and fixtures to ensure a high level of cleanliness
    • Vacuum carpets, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to remove dirt and debris
    • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a hygienic environment
  • Disinfecting and Polishing
    • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to maintain a clean and safe environment
    • Polish and clean windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a high level of cleanliness
  • Waste Management
    • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized environment
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Clean changing rooms and showers to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
    • Strip floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
    Requirements
    • Work Environment
      • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and maintain a clean and safe environment
      • Repetitive tasks to maintain a high level of cleanliness
      • Attention to detail to ensure a high level of cleanliness and organization
    • Language and Communication
      • Work in English as the primary language
    • Work Schedule
      • Work 20 to 80 hours bi-weekly to meet the needs of the facilities maintenance team
