Senior Consultant, Enterprise Performance Management Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Practice in Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality EPM solutions to our clients, leveraging your expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, and OneStream.
Key Responsibilities- Lead scoping, implementation, and deployment projects of Workday Adaptive Planning projects.
- Conduct client workshops, analyze business requirements, and propose recommendations.
- Design, configure, and test models and integrations.
- Develop custom reports and dashboards.
- Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to senior-level client stakeholders.
- Support business development activities and internal marketing events.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday Adaptive product features and capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.
- Minimum 3 years of super-user experience or 2+ years implementation experience with Anaplan, OneStream, or Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Workday Financials, Workday Adaptive Planning, and/or Workday Adaptive Platform Certification is preferred.
- Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning integrations and SQL language is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate business requirements and understand the implications on the functional design.
