About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant / Manager to join our team at KPMG Canada. As a key member of our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) practice, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of Workday Adaptive Planning solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the scoping, implementation, and deployment of Workday Adaptive Planning projects
  • Conduct client workshops, understand business requirements, and propose recommendations
  • Design, configure, and test models and integrations
  • Develop custom reports and dashboards
  • Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to senior-level client stakeholders
  • Support business development activities and internal marketing events
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday Adaptive product features and capabilities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology
  • Minimum 3 years of superuser experience or 2+ years implementation experience with Workday Adaptive Planning
  • Workday Financials, Workday Adaptive Planning, and/or Workday Adaptive Platform Certification is preferred
  • Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning integrations and SQL language is a plus
  • Strong mix of business and functional knowledge related to budgeting and planning processes
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work closely in a collaborative team environment
