KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop engaging content for social media platforms and campaigns;
  • Support the planning and execution of outbound newsletters;
  • Distribute approved marketing materials to publications and partners;
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of email and marketing campaigns;
  • Organize and maintain the marketing resources library;
  • Plan and coordinate tradeshows/events, including booth graphic design and support;
  • Obtain quotes and manage the ordering of printed marketing materials, ensuring distribution internally and externally;
  • Design and produce product brochures, advertisements, posters, newsletters, web banners, animations, and corporate presentations & videos;
  • Maintain and update the company website and intranet;
  • Execute SEO strategies for the website;
  • Revise technical brochures, manuals, and corporate collateral;
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for both print and digital media;
  • Conduct interviews to generate content for internal and external purposes;
  • Lead webinars and customer-focused events;
  • Present key performance indicator (KPI) reports;
  • Implement social media advertising strategies (LinkedIn, Google Ads).

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field with a strong creative (graphics) background;
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, WordPress, MailChimp, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Adobe, and Photoshop;
  • Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and InDesign is a plus;
  • Familiarity with social media publishing;
  • Experience in print and/or digital publishing;
  • Friendly demeanor, team-oriented, customer-focused, self-motivated, and eager to learn;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French;
  • Excellent organizational abilities;
  • Self-starter with the capability to work independently;
  • Knowledge of the telecommunications industry is considered an asset.
