Position Overview:

We are in search of a skilled and adaptable Graphic Designer with a primary emphasis on packaging design and retail marketing. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for crafting visually striking designs that elevate our brand identity and resonate with our target audience. This role requires close collaboration with the marketing and product development teams to produce high-quality packaging and print materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative and visually captivating packaging that aligns with brand and sustainability standards, fulfills marketing goals, and integrates seamlessly into store displays.
  • Design marketing collateral, including in-store signage, weekly email newsletters, B2B outreach materials, and more.
  • Prepare comprehensive artwork files for production, ensuring precision and compliance with specifications.
  • Collaborate with printers and product manufacturers to guarantee the quality and consistency of all produced materials.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies in packaging and print marketing.
  • Maintain organized archives of design files and production specifications.
  • Ensure all designs comply with regulatory standards and brand guidelines.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently while delivering high-quality results within set timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graphic Design Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
  • Packaging Design Background: A strong portfolio demonstrating experience in packaging design.
  • Retail or Consumer Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with creating print marketing materials and understanding print production workflows.
  • Attention to Detail: Diligent in ensuring design accuracy and consistency.
  • Creativity: Strong creative abilities with a discerning eye for aesthetics and design trends.
  • Technical Acumen: Knowledge of printing methods, packaging materials, and production processes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for effective collaboration with team members and external partners.
  • Project Management: Capable of handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in graphic design, focusing on packaging and retail or consumer marketing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Experience with 3D modeling software (e.g., Cinema 4D, SolidWorks).
  • Knowledge of sustainable practices in packaging design.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements for packaging across various industries.
  • Experience in interior design, industrial design, and/or retail environments.
