Job Title: Agile Systems Analyst

At Payments Canada, we are seeking a highly skilled Agile Systems Analyst to join our team. As an Agile Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our High Value Payment System.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute the business analysis function of the High Value Payment System by analyzing business needs and proposing solutions to identified problems.
  • Provide system expertise for both business and technical resources.
  • Support business operations and system solutions in the support and monitoring of the High Value Payment System.
  • Obtain data from multiple sources, analyze information, and develop reliable fact-based reports to support operational initiatives.
  • Provide technical expertise in the investigation of High Value Payment System events.
  • Coordinate and facilitate Quality Assurance activities.
  • Perform in-depth research and analysis to provide advice and recommendations to Payment System Management.
  • Provide a business interface between Payment System Management, financial institutions, and other external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • University degree or college diploma in computer science or related studies.
  • Experience in DevOps and agile environments.
  • Knowledge of business analysis methodologies and principles.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to prepare and provide presentations and training for technical and non-technical personnel.
