At JR Basketball Training Lab, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Basketball Team Coach to lead our basketball program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in basketball coaching, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and prepare athletes for competitive events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training and practice sessions to improve team performance
  • Coordinate competitive programs and schedules
  • Motivate and prepare athletes for competitive events
  • Analyze and evaluate team performance
  • Observe and evaluate prospective athletes' skills and performance

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of basketball coaching principles, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively with athletes, coaches, and other team members. Requirements
