Truck Dispatcher Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Truck Dispatcher Coordinator to join our team at Anoop Transport Inc.
Key Responsibilities- Time Management and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of time sheets, payroll, and work summaries.
- Warehouse Organization: Ensure the efficient organization and maintenance of warehouse and work areas.
- Communication and Coordination: Communicate effectively with vehicle operators regarding traffic and other issues, and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment.
- Urgent Response: Handle urgent calls from individuals requiring assistance in critical situations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Understand and comply with cross-border dispatching regulations and highway trucking rules and regulations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to manage work records and expenses effectively, and reliable and dedicated.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment requiring ability to work under pressure.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
