Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Persson Food Services Inc.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and addressing customers' complaints or concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays
Work Environment:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.

Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
