About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Business Partner, Human Resources to join our team at CMHC - SCHL. As a key member of our People and Culture Team, you will provide expert guidance and support to employees and people leaders in all aspects of human resource management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to employees and people leaders on a diverse range of human resources matters.
  • Interpret HR policies and guidelines to make recommendations and assist in decision-making.
  • Work closely with managers and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase retention.
  • Prepare management reports to support performance management, recruitment, succession, and workforce planning.
  • Analyze HR issues and concerns, plan strategies, and recommend solutions.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree in a related field, such as human resources, business administration, or psychology.
  • Minimum of five years' experience in Human Resources, with expertise in employment policies, practices, legislative issues, and regulations.
  • Results-driven approach with strong oral and written communication skills in both official languages.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and persuade, influence, and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
