About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at CMHC. As a key member of our People and Culture Team, you will provide expert guidance and support to employees and people leaders in all aspects of human resource management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to employees and people leaders on a wide range of HR matters, including talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support business objectives and improve employee outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address HR-related issues and concerns, and develop solutions to improve HR processes and systems.
  • Provide coaching and training to employees and people leaders on HR-related topics, including leadership development, communication, and conflict resolution.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform HR decisions and recommendations, and provide data-driven insights to support business decisions.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that drive business results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, people leaders, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform HR decisions.
