Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support - Uphold compliance standards while managing client interactions and files. Execute administrative duties and engage in processes that assist investment advisors and their teams. Contribute to marketing initiatives and business growth efforts, and aid in the formulation of investment strategies and proposals for both existing and prospective clients. Facilitate the redirection of assets to suitable financial products, aligning with the client's risk profile as assessed by the investment advisor.
- Client Engagement - Build a personal connection with clients to ensure each interaction is impactful. Strengthen relationships through teamwork and provide administrative assistance to meet client requirements. Address inquiries and follow up on requests to deliver an outstanding client experience.
- Relationship Development - Advocate for the CIBC brand within the community by participating in local events and engaging in marketing and networking opportunities. Expand your professional network to foster enduring connections that may lead to future prospects. Collaborate closely with your team to present clients with optimal opportunities.
- Organizational Proficiency - Support investment advisors by promptly addressing client inquiries while adhering to compliance standards in documentation.
