About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team at Delta Construction Group Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for operating heavy-duty equipment in a variety of settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate heavy equipment such as backhoes, bulldozers, graders, and loaders in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Clean and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend its lifespan.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubricating equipment and refilling tanks.
  • Operate computer-controlled equipment and two-way radios to communicate with team members.
  • Perform minor repairs to equipment as needed.
Work Environment

As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing situations.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience operating heavy equipment.
  • Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
  • Ability to work overtime as required.
