Heavy Duty Equipment Mechanic

Valard Construction LP is seeking a skilled Heavy Duty Equipment Technician to join our team in Saskatoon, SK. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet of heavy equipment, ensuring they are in top working condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair heavy equipment, including engines, hydraulics, and modern emission systems
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify and resolve equipment issues
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and filter replacements
- Assist in the repair and maintenance of utility equipment, including telehandlers, four-wheel loaders, and cranes
- Perform CVIP inspections and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's license
- Heavy Duty Red Seal Journeyman Certificate
- Experience with heavy equipment maintenance and repair
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
